Grands-Montets - Col du Passon
a classic, just title!
from the top of the grands-montets cable car 3296 m, a first descent by the rognon glacier allows us to reach the glacier of argentiere 2400 m altitude. 600 m up on ski touring and crampons to finish allows us access to the col du passon 3028 m.
A great panorama, a good pic-nic and off you go for a great run a middle of the tour glacier. This descent is variable, we can stay on the edge of the glacier, play go tease crevices closer, or pass in the middle of the glacier. According to the weather conditions, snow, the shape of the participants, the mood of the band...
